If you think education is expensive, try ignorance. Mr. Robinson is currently co-counsel in a similar suit involving a Realtor in Baltimore City. If you think your license protects you, think again. In fact, the opposite is true. Apparantly wayward Realtors are expecially juicy targets. Get educated and keep your deals squeeky clean.
