PassingThru is talking about the civil case we discussed. Unfortunately, the impact of these cases reach much farther than just the principals named in the suit. In fact, regardless of the outcome of this particular case, there will likely be other suits between some of these unnamed stakeholders.
The moral of the story. . . Make sure you keep your deals clean, discuss deals with your attorneys, and if you are getting education from me or anyone else, make sure to challenge what you are told. Ask us to show you in the law where it says what we are teaching.
