There's been a lot of talk about this new law and everyone's been waiting for a case to see how the law will be interpreted. I'm sure that those of us that use foreclosures as an area for prospecting, found it to be an interesting read and very informative.
Just as an FYI, Sherman has posted several articles dealing with investor related issues. Some of them came at a time when a course was being offered (which was just a matter of timing), but most weren't. We've been waiting for more than a year and a half for a case dealing with the foreclosure law to be made public. It just happened to come at a time when a course is being offered on the subject. Would you rather he held of on posting this information until after his courses were completed? Would you rather he put a disclamer in the title of the thread that stated there was a course being offered on the material so that you wouldn't have to waste your time reading it and getting the information from it?
It's interesting that there is criticism (from a small group of people) when there is useful information being provided that just happens to come at a time when a course if being offered. Yet, there is little praise when Sherman posts article about bandit sign laws, financing, marketing, forecasts, mentors (other than himself), etc. All areas, to my knowledge, that Sherman doesn't offer courses in.
Keep up the good work Sherman!
