Was in St. Thomas last week on vacation and had my sister and her family come down to join us.
My brother-in-law is an attorney and investor in Chicago.
Illinois just adopted a similar law as Maryland with much tougher standards.
He has been monitoring Maryland cases for a year now and tells me that he has completely revamped his law practice in anticipation that Illinois will be about 6-months behind Maryland on this issue.
We are not making this stuff up - the lawyers are seeing what is happening here and realizing that going after "naked" foreclosure investors is the new area of growth litigation.
