Imagine Capital is a Hard Money Lender.
From time to time we have properties for sale at solid LTVs. (55-70%). There are properties we've either foreclosed on or taken back via a deed in lieu of foreclosure.
We offer 100% financing on all our properties. That includes the acquisition, closing costs, and construction money (if needed). We feel that if you are doing us a favor by taking a property off our hands, we will return the favor by rolling the costs in.
We have several properties that we are about to send out on our mailing list.
