Wholesale Deal: Looking 4 a Buyers list a partner - 2008/11/28 20:38
Happy Thanksgiving Real Investors:
Any well equipped Baltimore wholesalers with acclaimed buyers list willing to partner with me 50/50 split on this deal to get it moved. I'm in the process of building out my buyers list and not currently concentrated in Baltimore for rehabbers and investors
We just contracted a nice deal on the 2500 block of Druid Park Drive in Baltimore City for only 90K and this one surely looks like a a great wholesale deal that we should move for $99K. And the ARV is $161K with recent sales $161K - $182K. Seller currently rents room for a total of $975 per month total. (Est. $500 PITI Mortgage) Sec8 is about $1100. The numbers work.
