How do u Secure B-More Rehab-Callin Rehab experts? - 2008/11/29 18:16
Question for you investors that have done full gut out rehabs in Baltimore,MD. You can get robbed of tools, Copper pipes, HVAC's, Electrical etc... is the story.
We have about 4 row houses on a west side block were considering rehabbing (Jan09) for and I just had about 10-15 rehabbers quite me (40K-75K each) for a full gut out and Rehab rental ready two story row house half basement in Section 8 Ready condition. 12x39 or 1200sqft.
Who are the investor's that are gut out experts in Baltimore?
How are you keeping it secured, on schedule, within cost?
What should a gutout/full rehab cost now of days with supplies and gas cost being lower?
How long should it generally take?
FYI. Roof shot, back brick wall is shot, joist are water damaged. Bathroom moved to the kitchen at sometime in the past.
Got them for $5000 each, block comp $110K
