Dave Blair is a hard money lender with Commercial Lending specializing in Maryland, DC, and Virginia. Dave was born in the nation's capital and raised in the suburbs of northern Virginia. He has an extensive financial and business background including a combination of 10-years experience in mortgage and hard money lending. He is notably knowledgeable in the Virginia / DC / Maryland regions and is recognized as one of the most predominant local sources on residential hard money financing and common issues relating to rehab projects. To date Commercial Lending has funded over 600 local residential projects with over 200 in '05 alone. Based experience in funding hundreds of rehab projects per year, Dave is a great resource as to what works with rehab projects and what often does not. When it comes to involvement in the perils of rehabbing situations and success stories, few encounter such experience. He currently works and resides in Annapolis Maryland after moving from Virginia last year.

Jim Hellman is a Senior Loan Officer with Allied Mortage Unlimited, Inc. with 11 years in the mortgage business. Jim financies all types of loans backed by real estate, and currently does business in five states (MD, VA, FL, GA, DE) and the district, with Pennsylvania soon to come. He graduated from Geneva College in Beaver Falls, PA in 1986 with a degree in Business Administration and is an active investor as well. Jim specializes in Primary Residence Loans, Investment Properties Loans, Commercial Properties Loans, Construction Loans and Private Money Loans.
