Bruce Norton has had a rapid and stellar rise to success in his real estate investing career. A former mortgage loan officer and stay-at-home Dad, Bruce began doing rehab deals, wholesale deals, and short sales two years ago to supplement his family's income. In his FIRST year alone, Bruce made over $100K net cash profit, acquired 11 rentals, and controlled nearly $4M worth of real estate. Bruce co-teaches the #1 How-to-Get-Started class in the area, "Going in Motion," with Sherman Ragland. Both Dwan Bent-Twyford and Donna Bauer use Bruce's short sale package as an example of what a short sale package should look like. Dwan has included a short sale done by Bruce in her Advanced Short Sales course, and asked Bruce to participate in her upcoming infomercial which is scheduled to air this fall. Bruce also has the unique distinction of being invited by Dwan to speak at her Maryland boot camp held this past August and is expected to work with Dwan on a longer-term project that will be disclosed at the end of the year.

Bruce has also played a central role in raising the investor community awareness of Maryland's new "Anti-Foreclosure Law" (SB-761) and was the investor representative who testified before the Sub-Committee hearings in Annapolis. While coordinating with his legal team to produce documents, and putting together a course on SB-761, he still managed to find the time to put together a $750,000 real estate deal.
