 In 2005, after acquiring five positive cash flow properties, Sandra Pearsall quit her job to become a FULL TIME real estate investor. Pearsall started with nothing, but was determined to find Financial Freedom before the age of 35, she achieved that just months before her 35th birthday. Pearsall now owns 13 properties from Baltimore to North Carolina, and has recently published her first book titled; "Let Real Estate Work For You As It's Doing For Me". Pearsall is now keen to share her knowledge with others, "What I know now more than anything is motivation is not enough. The formula to success is having the right knowledge along with motivation."
