Juan’s career in real estate began in 1998 as a mortgage broker in his family-owned brokerage.  In 2000, he realized the great rewards available in real estate investing and jumped into short sales, rehabs and wholesaling property.  Even working on his very first transaction, he realized the satisfaction in helping homeowners relieve their burden.  He joined the FLREIA, a networking and continuing education group for real estate investors and those desiring to invest, and as a result he and Sharon married in 2001.  In 2002, Juan became President of the FLREIA, supervising its success, hosting the events and authoring its monthly newsletter.  
 
Desiring to share his experience has led him to teach workshops and presentations to new investors in English and Spanish.  Juan has a natural talent to think “big” and envision obtaining the “goal.”  He was the missing ingredient to the ownership mix that has since catapulted our dreams into the realities that will be achieved through proper planning.  Because of his shared interested in bringing ethical training to new and active investors, it was no surprise that REIP The Rewards® was founded in 2004.  Juan is not only the co-founder, CEO and President of REIP, but also the publisher.  With a great team under his command, they have successfully published over 25 amazing issues.  They continue to publish ethical, credible and honest information, stories and tips to active and aspiring real estate investors all over the country.  It is Juan’s ability to visualize dreams and create a plan to make them come true that inspires his organization to strive.
