My regularly scheduled radio show: Realinvestors Talk Radio which is done LIVE every Monday at Noon is going to be delayed today.

When I got back from the DC-REIA.com meeting on Saturday, I had an email waiting for me from Henrietta Robinson, one of our more active club members.

Henrietta is very well connected in DC, she is also a great resource if you need access to working capital for your business, or a small business loan.

Seems that a BIG part of the stimulus package is a Dramatic increase in the SBA 504 and 7(a) loan programs, which are Government secured loans that incentivize banks to make more loans to small businesses to BUY Real Estate...

... or more specifically, small-scale "Sherman Deal" commercial properties.

So Henrietta sends me this note saying that they need someone to go to the White House today to comment on the 504 and 7(a) programs who have "first-hand" experience in taping these programs to buy small-commercial properties.

I am glad she thought of asking me.

Her note came exactly 24 hours after spending Friday morning with Ray Skinner, the Secretary of Housing & Development for the State of Maryland and House Majority Leader, Steny Hoyer at an outreach Session at. Mt. Nebo Church in Upper Marlboro, just around the corner from our offices.

At Congressman Hoyer's outreach session, they discussed the Obama Administration's new programs and funding for housing and home-ownership programs.

Since I do not believe there is such thing as "coincidence", I scrapped my plans for today's show and instead will be doing a very special show, later on today,after the White House ceremony, on "What the Obama Administration is Doing RIGHT NOW, to Make Real Estate Investor's Rich!"  That is investors who are paying attention.

As soon as it is done late tonight, I'll post it to the website on this page.
